The VCU Health Hub at 25th offers access to a wide variety of health education and wellness activity programs aimed to promote individual and community health and well-being. Programs are delivered by VCU faculty and students or community partner organizations and are guided based on community feedback.

Are You Taking Your Medicines Safely?

Join us for a free educational program about ways that you and your loved ones can avoid medicine mishaps and stay medicine safe. Open to older adults (65 years or older).

Benefits Enrollment Center

Providing older adults and adults with disabilities enrollment assistance with Medicare Prescription Drug Plan Costs, Medicare Savings Program, Medicaid, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and Energy Assistance Programs.

Community Health Workers

Serves as a link between health and social services and the community to provide education and navigation support as well as build relationships with community neighbors.

Fitness Warriors: Getting Fit in Da Field

Rev. Darrell Taylor leads this class designed to move our bodies while healing our souls, with a variety of aerobic moves and stretching.

Providing general preventive and self-management support as well as wellness education

Tobacco Cessation

This ongoing program will help provide support on quitting tobacco for those who need it most. The program offers self-help materials and referrals to local resources.
